"To unite Women Who Share A Common Interest In Motorcycling"

Women in the Wind was founded in Toledo, Ohio in 1979 and has grown to more than 40 chapters in the United States, Canada and England.

The Rocky Mountain Chapter meets monthly in the Denver area. Ages, lifestyles, and backgrounds are diverse, but all share a love of riding.

Here are our three favorite FAQ's:

Q: Is this group only for Harley riders?

No! We don’t care what chapter members ride as long as they ride. Non-rider (or just not yet)? Any woman with an interest in motorcycles is welcome as an associate member.

Q: Can my husband/significant other come along on the rides with me?

Sure! Except for one or two ladies only events a year, family and friends are welcome at meetings and events.

Q: How much does it cost?

National dues are $15 a year and chapter dues are an additional $15 a year, $30 total for chapter members.  Dues pay for:

Associate Memberships include:
  • Two national meetings a year
  • Bimonthly national newsletter
  • Safety and technical tips
Chapter Memberships add:
  • Group rides and activities
  • Monthly newsletter
  • Monthly meetings
